Implementation is the start. After that, the data has to stay clean and the team has to keep using HubSpot. Those two things decide whether the AI you switched on works.

## From implementations to long-term CRM success
We started Binomial in 2017 as one of the first teams in Uruguay building on HubSpot. The work was implementations: set up the portal, map the process, hand it over.
A few years in, we noticed the job doesn't end the day the portal goes live. Data gets dirty. Teams drift back to spreadsheets. Tools get ignored. That's where CRMs really break, so that's where we stayed.
