A ticket is a unit of work (Activity), usually identifying, analyzing, designing, creating and automating a Template, Recipe or Workflow.

Data - How do tickets work?

 

Do I need a project before ongoing services? arrow-icon

No. Some clients start with a project, others jump straight to ongoing support.

Do you work only with HubSpot? arrow-icon

Our services focus on HubSpot, but we also support clients using the HubSpot–Salesforce integration. We keep records clean, synced, and deduplicated across both platforms.

Is my data secure? arrow-icon

Yes. All operations happen inside Insycle. Our preview and communication tools are secure, and we provide a Data Security Plan on request.
