FAQ

What if a month is quiet? arrow-icon
Then it's quiet, and we spend the tickets on the strategic work that never makes it to the top of the list otherwise. Unused capacity doesn't roll over, so we'd rather put it into enrichment or structure than let it lapse.
What counts as a ticket? arrow-icon

A ticket is one unit of work (Activity): a template built or updated, a rule configured, an automation set up, a cleanup run on a specific problem. Some months you'll use them on requests your team sends in. Others we'll use them on what monitoring surfaced. Only tickets that change data need your approval. The rest are tracked in the Customer Portal.

Do we still need this after the implementation is done? arrow-icon

The setup holds. What changes is your business. Territories get redrawn, scoring tiers get revised, a new source starts writing into the portal, and the rules that were right in January stop matching reality by June. Ongoing plans keep the templates, automations, and business rules current as that happens, and catch drift before it turns into another cleanup project.
